How to know if you have binge eating disorder

  1. You eat in a relatively short period of time an amount of food more than most people would eat during a similar period of time.

  2. You have a sense of lack of control over eating during the episode.

  3. You eat more rapidly than normal.

  4. You eat until feeling uncomfortably full.

  5. You eat large amounts of food when you don't feel hungry

  6. You eat alone because of embarrassment by how much you are eating.

  7. You feel disgusted with yourself, depressed or very guilty after eating.
