How to know if you have an eating disorder

  1. You are afraid of weight gain

  2. You weigh yourself frequently

  3. You avoid certain foods

  4. You avoid eating in front of anyone or hide what you are eating

  5. You use laxatives, diuretics or make yourself vomit to lose weight

  6. You re afraid to miss a day of exercise even if you are sick

  7. You obsess about calories and/or fat grams

  8. For women, you no longer get your periods or have irregular periods
